I have always been a big fan of African food as well as food with strong African influences like Jamacan and creol cuisine. Words can not describe how happy I was when I saw Pat's restaurant open up. Pat offers all natural home style African cooking and it has brought me a lot of joy. Along with African food I'm also a big fan of the wildlife and techno music.
